Let ‘a’be the side of square and ‘R’be the radius of circle.
Area of the square = a^2
Area of the circle = πR^2
Both the areas are equal.
Hence a^2=πR^2
a=√π*R
Ratio of parameters=4a/2πR
=4√πR/2πR
=2/√π

let the radius be r and side of a square be a.
he asked to find the ratio of perimeter of square to circle,
so, 2*pi*r=4a
a=1/2 *pi*r
he said that their areas are equal
therefore, pi*r^2=a^2
4: pi
4: 22/7
28: 22
ans: 14:11

radius of the circle be r and side of the square be a.
, acc to question, 2πr=4a=>2πr4=πr22πr=4a=>2πr4=πr2 Now, ratio of their areas,
πr2(πr2)2πr2(πr2)2
=πr2×4π2r2=πr2×4π2r2
=1411=1411
=πr2:a2=πr2:a2
=14:11
