    1: First the 2 sons go across the river.

    2: 1 son returns to the other side.

    3: The man goes across the river.

    4: The other son comes back with the boat.

    5: Both the sons cross the river.

    First two sons row to the other end. Then one of them comes back. His father then takes over himself to the other side. Then the other son comes for his brother.
