Explanation:
Let the number is xy. i.e ten’s digit is x and unit digit is y.
So the number is 10x + y.
After interchanging the new number will be 10y + x.
Add two numbers, (10x + y) + (10y + x) = 11(x + y), which is always divisible by 11.
